در روزهای گذشته هم مقام های آمریکایی اعلام کردند که با سفر به خاور میانه تلاش خواهند کرد که زمینه ها برای افزایش تحریم ها علیه ایران را فراهم کنند.

تیموتی گایتنر، وزیر خزانه داری هفته گذشته در کنگره آمریکا گفت که دولت این کشور همچنان به دنبال راههایی برای تشدید فشارها بر ایران است و در این راستا از اروپا، ژاپن، چین و کره جنوبی کمک خواهد گرفت.

آمریکا و کشورهای غربی ایران را متهم می کند که در صدد دستیابی به سلاح های هسته ای است؛ اتهامی که همواره از سوی ایران رده شده است.

یوکیا آمانو، دبیرکل آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی پس از نشست امروز شورای حکام در یک کنفرانس خبری این آژانس گفت که اطلاعات موثقی در دست دارد که نشان می دهد فعالیت‌هایی که آژانس پیش تر در مورد آنها ابراز نگرانی کرده بود، در منطقه نظامی پارچین در ایران ادامه دارد.

نشست شورای حکام آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی روز دوشنبه، پنجم مارس (۱۵ اسفند) در وین برگزار شد.

فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای ایران از جمله محورهای مورد بحث در این نشست بود.

یوکیا آمانو، دبیرکل آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی در ابتدای نشست شورای حکام در وین گفت که این آژانس "همچنان نگرانی‌هایی جدی درباره ابعاد نظامی احتمالی برنامه هسته‌ای ایران دارد."

او گفت که مذاکرات با ایران به توافق برای "حل‌وفصل تمام مسائل مرتبط با برنامه هسته‌ای ایران" منجر نشده است.

او اضافه کرد: "با وجود درخواست آژانس، ایران به کارشناسانش در تهران اجازه بازدید از سایت پارچین را نداده است."

بعضی دیپلمات ها به محمد امینی، خبرنگار اعزامی بی‌بی‌سی فارسی به وین گفته اند که با وجود این انتقادها، احتمال اینکه شورای حکام فعلا قطعنامه ای در محکومیت ایران صادر کند زیاد نیست.

به گفته این دیپلمات ها، شورای حکام احتمالا موضوع "تخلفات" احتمالی ایران را هم فعلا به شورای امنیت ارجاع نخواهد کرد.

آقای آمانو در جلسه شورای حکام گفته بود که از ماه نوامبر تاکنون، ایران فعالیت‌های خود را در بخش غنی‌سازی اورانیوم گسترش داده است و "سه برابر شدن تولید اورانیوم غنی‌شده با غلظت ۲۰ درصد در ایران" از جمله تغییرات در روند فعالیت‌های ایران از زمان ارائه آخرین گزارش آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی تاکنون بوده است.

به گفته آقای آمانو در این مدت، "ایران چهار آبشار هسته‌ای را برای اولین‌بار در فردو راه‌اندازی کرده؛ فعالیت ۱۵ آبشار اضافی دیگر در نطنز آغاز شده؛ در اصفهان صفحه‌های سوخت تولید و نصب می‌شود که در رآکتور تحقیقاتی تهران مورد استفاده خواهد بود و تولید میله‌های سوخت برای استفاده در رآکتور تحقیقاتی هسته‌ای ایران نیز آغاز شده است."

کارشناسان آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی در دو ماموریت جداگانه در ماه‌های ژانویه و فوریه گذشته برای گفت‌وگو با مقامات ایران به تهران رفته‌اند و انتظار می‌رود که نتایج این دو ماموریت آنها، در نشست شورای حکام آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی در روز دوشنبه، پنجم مارس، ارائه شود.

پیش از این هم آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی اعلام کرد که این دو ماموریت در پاسخ دادن به پرسش‌های مطرح درباره برنامه هسته‌ای بحث‌برانگیز ایران، ناموفق بوده است.

با این حال، آقای آمانو روز دوشنبه، پنجم مارس، اضافه کرد که آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی در چارچوبی سازنده به مذاکره با ایران ادامه می‌دهد و "حل و فصل تمام مسائل حل نشده، به طور مشخص مسائل مرتبط با ابعاد نظامی احتمالی برنامه هسته‌ای ایران، و نیز کسب اطمینان هرچه سریع‌تر از ماهیت صلح‌آمیز فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای این کشور" موضوع‌های اصلی مورد توجه این آژانس است.

گزارش شده است که نمایندگان آمریکا و متحدان این کشور در آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی به دنبال رایزنی با روسیه و چین بوده‌اند تا حمایت آنها را برای صدور قطعنامه‌ای علیه ایران کسب کنند.

کشورهای غربی همواره ایران را متهم کرده‌اند که فعالیت‌های هسته‌ای خود را با اهداف نظامی دنبال می‌کند و در عین حال، مانع تحقیقات در این باره می‌شود.

مقامات ایران این ادعا را رد می‌کنند و می‌گویند که برنامه هسته‌ای این کشور کاملا صلح‌آمیز است.

آقای خلیلی ابراز امیدواری کرده است که مجلس به وزیران پیشنهادی رای مثبت بدهد

محمد کریم خلیلی، معاون دوم رئیس جمهوری افغانستان روز شنبه (25 فبروری/فوریه) ۹ وزیر پیشنهادی آقای کرزی را برای تائید صلاحیت آنها به مجلس نمایندگان به مجلس معرفی کرد.

آقای کرزی پس از دو سال تاخیر در معرفی آنها، چند روز پیش اسامی وزرای پیشنهادی را به مجلس فرستاد و مجلس در یک هفته گذشته مشغول بررسی اسناد و مدارت تحصیلی و سوابق کاری آنها بوده است.

آقای خلیلی هنگام معرفی این وزرا به مجلس ابراز امیدواری کرد که اعضای مجلس به آنها رای بدهند.

بیشتر افراد معرفی شده را اعضای پیشین کابینه آقای کرزی تشکیل می دهند و این امر باعث نارضایی شماری از نمایندگان مجلس شده است.

محمد اسماعیل وزیر پیشین، وزارت انرژی و آب، که درحال حاضر سرپرست این وزارت خانه است، داوود علی نجفی، سرپرست وزارت ترانسپورت "حمل و نقل"، ثریا دلیل سرپرست وزارت صحت، حسن بانو غضنفر وزیر پیشین و همچنین سرپرست کنونی وزارت امور زنان، امیرزی سنگین، وزیر پیشین و سرپرست وزارت مخابرات. از کسانی است که به عنوان وزیر به مجلس معرفی شده اند.

دوسال قبل مجلس نمایندگان پیشین، صلاحیت همه این افراد را رد کرد و آقای کرزی همه آنها را به عنوان سرپرست معرفی کرد.

ویس برمک به عنوان نامزد وزارت توسعه روستاها، حسن عبداللهی نامزد وزارت شهرسازی و مسکن، نجیب الله اوژن نامزد وزارت فواید عامه و عبیدالله عبید نامزد وزارت تحصیلات عالی، از دیگر چهره هایی است که برای تائید صلاحیت شان، به مجلس نمایندگان معرفی شده اند.

برخی از اعضای مجلس گفته اند که احتمال آن وجود دارد که وزرای پیشنهادی این بار از سوی مجلس نمایندگان، تائید شوند.

دادستان کل و رئیس جمعیت هلال احمر، رئیس و چهار عضو دادگاه عالی نیز از کسانی است که باید از مجلس رای اعتماد بگیرند.
